Early in the morning on Fat Tuesday (the day before lent) people at the signal started at the same time banging on pots, basins, pans and play various musical instruments. Their main goal was to create a deafening noise that would remove from the city all the evil and trouble. “Rumble” was the most fun day of the carnival, people forgot about the troubles, social status, financial problems and just unbridled fun, so that it is with regrets in the subsequent long period of fasting. Unfortunately, in the middle of the twentieth century, the inflow of foreign tourists who are not familiar with local traditions, led to the disappearance of this custom.
